Work for graphic 3d and animator

Hello everyone, I'am newbie on this forum. I'am 3d graphic like most of you and looking for job in Ireland. I working on programs: Lightwave , Maya, Realflow
Wondering how to find a job as freelancer or fulltime. I'am foreigner and i don't know Irish 3d market so maybe you could drop me some links or ideas how to get employment.
